Shipping

★ $5 Flat rate is ground shipping meaning Up to 7 business days after our processing time. 

★Our processing time is usually not more than 24 hours. Up to 48 during peak seasons.

★Once the packages leave our warehouse they are in the hands of the carrier. We have no control over the packages, except a tracking number.

★ If if it has been longer than 7 business days please email us at info@shirtsandgigglessupplyco.com to do a search request for your package. The carrier will either find your package, or issue a refund.

★ Please understand that the shipping carriers are very overwhelmed right now. Especially during the Holidays. We don't have control over the packages once they leave us. Please don't hesitate to reach out, but know in most cases we will be unable to send a new package or refund.
